The name Xtc Toys will not be displayed anywhere on the outside packaging.
Your credit card or debit card statement will show only the name Xtc Trading.
Products that are in stock are dispatched the same day if you order before 12 pm.
if you're not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you.
If any questions should arise, regarding your order. We will try to contact you by email and if that fails, we will try to contact you by phone if a number was provided.
